Refectocil lash tint

Perfect for eyebrow and eyelash tinting, must be used in combination with refectocil 3% oxidant

Ingredients:Aqua, Cetearyl Alcohol, Toluene-2,5-Diamine, m-Aminophenol, Bis-Diglyceryl Polyacyladipate-2, PEG-40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Sodium Cetearyl Sulfate, 2,4-Diaminophenoxyethanol, Sodium Laureth Sulfate, CI 77499.

How to Use: mix a penny sized tint with one drop of oxidant to activate color, brush onto lashes or brows with qtip and leave on for 5 mins before removing.
