Store and Refund/ Return Policy

All orders placed before 12pm will be shipped out on the same day ( excluding holidays and weekends) 

Orders placed after 12 pm will be shipped the following business days

Due to the nature of our product, opened used or products cannot be refunded. If you believe there is a manufacturing error on your product you must notify us by email within 10 days of receiving the item to receive an exchange or refund. 

We only offer expedited shipping with tracking provided (1-2 business days within GTA and 1-7 business days within canada)

Monthly specials are available for online orders ONLY. One code per order, until quantities last 

International shipping is available but please note any extra taxes or duties will be the responsibility of the buyer. 

pick up orders can also be arranged to be picked up from Downtown Toronto- ( major intersection Bathurst and king) but you must set up a date and time prior to coming. Please text 6474498860 or email to make an appointment


we are not responsible for wrong addresses - please make sure your shipping address is correct and up to date while making your purchase.

Lost or damaged packages must be reported within 30 days of the order day. We will then set up an investigation with Canada post to determine if your package is lost in order to send a refund or resend the products. 

All sales are final with no refunds or exchanges unless the product is damaged. 

 Orders cancelled after 3 hours of placing an hour may be subject to shipping fee if shipping labels are already created.
